Thank you for your willingness to volunteer your time and skills. We are excited to work together to engage with and serve our local community.

The Community Space at Forest Hill Chase provides drop-in activities and also structured groups. The Space also hosts the Whitehorse Community Support Register - a partnership with the Victoria police to connect with seniors and vulnerable people in the community.

This form asks for email addresses of two character references. The form doesn't save data as you go, unfortunately, so if you wish to contact your referees before including their details below, please do that before filling in this form, otherwise entered data may be lost if the form 'times-out'.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

While you may not work with children, you will work with vulnerable people. A valid Working with Children check is mandatory for all volunteers.
